Orion has made the difficult decision to close our warehouse facility in the Netherlands. With the continuing supply chain/logistics challenges and slowness in the economy we have found that it is not economically feasible to maintain operations in the UK and Europe.

We have therefore stopped taking orders on this website. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We will continue to have Orion dealers in Europe to meet the needs of Orion consumers. We will also continue to honor the 30-Day product return period as well as honoring the Orion warranty for purchases made in the UK and Europe.

Returns

If your purchase did not meet your expectations, by law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days of receiving your item. If you received your item more than seven working days ago, you may qualify for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Did you purchase your products in the past 30 days?
  • Is the product in new/unused condition?
  • Is it being returned in the original packaging?
  • Are all of the accessories and hardware enclosed?

If so, we are happy to accept a return and refund the purchase price. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless you cancel your online purchase within seven working days of the day when you receive your purchase. In such a case, we will refund the standard shipping charges you paid (premium charges for expedited shipping are not refundable).

All returns require advanced return authorization which can be received by emailing us at eureturns@telescope.com.

Please include the following information:

  • 1. Order number of the order being returned
  • 2. The billing name and address provided with the order
  • 3. The address that the returned product will ship from
  • 4. The name, telephone number and email address for the person we should contact for any additional information.
  • 5. The Item # and description for the product being returned
  • 6. The reason for the return

You may include an attachment of a scanned copy of the original packing list with the items being returned noted.

Missing information may delay the handling of the return.

Upon receipt of the email Orion Customer Service will respond with an RMA number for qualifying returns and complete instructions for delivering your product to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Returns received without an RMA# will not be accepted. Download a return label (Adobe Reader required)

Upon receipt of your returned product to our distribution center in the Netherlands, you can expect to receive a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like to purchase a different product, a new order should be placed at oriontelescopes.co.uk.
