Orion has made the difficult decision to close our warehouse facility in the Netherlands. With the continuing supply chain/logistics challenges and slowness in the economy we have found that it is not economically feasible to maintain operations in the UK and Europe.
We have therefore stopped taking orders on this website. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We will continue to have Orion dealers in Europe to meet the needs of Orion consumers. We will also continue to honor the 30-Day product return period as well as honoring the Orion warranty for purchases made in the UK and Europe.

The majority of our orders are shipped via economy service from the Netherlands. In-stock items will arrive 5-7 business days after receipt of your order. Very large, multi-box, telescopes may arrive through freight service on a pallet for curbside delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversize items.

When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock products placed before 5:00 pm UTC Monday through Sunday typically ship the next business day (excluding New Year's Day, Easter Monday, King's Day, Ascension, Pentecost Monday, and Christmas). Orders are dispatched from Orion's distribution center located in the Netherlands. When an item is not in stock we ship it as soon as it is available.
Billing Address and Delays in Shipping
We will verify that the name and billing address on your order matches the name and address on the credit card account you've provided for payment of your order. If they do not match, your order will be delayed so that we may contact you in an effort to receive the correct information. We may also contact you to verify your approval of a shipping address that is different than the billing address.
If I order two or more items and one is out of stock, will you wait and ship the entire order together when all items are available, or do you ship the in-stock items first and the back-ordered item later?
For orders shipping to the United Kingdom, orders will be held until all items are available and then will ship complete. For orders shipping to other destinations, the in-stock items will ship first, and any backordered items will follow as soon as they are available. You have an option during check out to hold your order and ship complete, if you'd prefer.
Can I track my order during shipment? If so, how?
Yes, we e-mail the carrier's tracking number when your order ships (if you provide your e-mail address).
When will I receive my order?

If an item is on backorder, the expected shipping date is indicated on the product page. This date relates to new orders.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that this happens, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll arrange for the return of the incorrect item (at no charge to you) and see that you get the correct item promptly.
I only received part of my order today. Where's the rest of it?
Your order may have shipped in more than one box. Please allow several days for all the merchandise to arrive in case the boxes were separated along the way. If an item was out of stock and has been backordered, this will be indicated on the shipping invoice.
My address has, is or will be changed. Can I just give you my new address?
